" These twisty paved roads and amazing back roads are what shaped a family for generations and created stories for a lifetime . . .
Fourth generation motorcyclist and professional racer, Cory West, came up with the idea for Froggy Moto Tours in 2015. This love for all things two-wheels started with Cory's great-grandfather who owned a Harley and Triumph dealership in Fort Smith Arkansas in the 1940s, and was followed up by Cory's two great uncles, AMA Hall of Famer and off-road racing pioneer, Leroy Winters, and AMA national flattracker, roadracer, and Daytona winner, Robert "Bobby" Winters. Their racing inspired Cory's Father, Denton West, to become a top ranked novice flattracker and go on to race AMA Superbike/F1. It didn't take much to influence Cory into following in his family's motorcycle tracks.

Three time Daytona 200 runner up, AMA Superbike Rookie of the year, and 20 years of professional racing experience are a few of Cory's long list of accomplishments . . .
Cory began riding at age 4 and then started competing in his early teenage years. What started as some local flattrack racing in nearby Oklahoma and Texas, quickly led to regional and national championships in flattrack and roadracing. Then came 20 years of professional roadracing at a national and international level that took him to places such as Spain, England, and China. Cory has ridden for two national championship winning endurance teams recording many victories, has collected Superbike Rookie of the Year honors in 2004, and earned 10 AMA Pro podiums with a best championship result of 5th. Besides racing, he has ridden as a test rider for multiple tire manufacturers, motorcycle manufacturers, magazines, and currently works as an instructor at Colin Edwards’ Texas Tornado Boot Camp.

Apart from racing, Cory has been riding and exploring Northwest Arkansas for two decades. These twisty paved roads and amazing back roads are what shaped a family for generations and created stories for a lifetime.
